Anyone know if the closing times have been extended for NY's eve? I know in recent years the clubs have been allowed to stay open til 3-4am.

I think the authorities are planning to close nightclubs, bars etc. at 11 pm.
Won't matter because all the girls will have gone back to the farm to inspect their water buffaloes.

Well, that didn't happen last night. Though there were lots of pretty chicks at Ratchada Soi 8 last night. Check out Bali. Was there till 5 AM, girls were all around.
CM2 will close at 6 AM for the New Year's Eve countdown.

all the people I spoke with thats me and my alterego me said that 6 was the closing time. I dont think anybody going to be open later and I dont think the police going to be bothered checking either.

i am I n pattaya now have been speaking to many bar owners they say it will be 6am closing on new years eve.last night I was drinking till 4 am in a beer bar with no hassle off the police even when they drove past think they gave a little levy way as it was xmas eve.
