My Hong Kong Pornstar with whom I spent two memorable December nights was the quintessential tanned PRC. A lot of Chinese gals in the west (especially in California) are mysteriously blonde and tan. No question - it is an appealing look to western guys (certainly this gal caught my attention). Sounds like the end of an era is coming, with many starting to move away from Cyclone.
The line of Land Rovers at Seaview sounds interesting - something I hadn't ever seen or noticed. Mostly, it was just the line of white unmarked Chevy Caprice taxis.

We'll see if the pendulum swings back the other way... Some posts have said York is coming back (could not prove it by me, my one visit a month ago), but still...
At Seaview, the only thing I look at out in the parking lot is if I'm blocked in, or have to run the "sandpit" because idiots don't leave a path on the hard ground.

Tubby1: Sad to hear, but always nice when people post their misfortunes so others can avoid. One nice thing about having some regulars, never a problem to have them pick you up some duty free on their visa runs.

Thanks. I tried just about all the freeware proxies known to mankind - all blocked or dead. Access is fine from Media City, but it's time to use a paid service at home I think.

Dear friends,
I have an upcoming conference thats being held at the JW Marriott but they're charging 1,400 AED for the least priced room. Could any of you seasoned travellers and residents let me know of a closer hotel from which commute early morning wont be a hassle and yet provide a 4/5 star accomodation plus GF?

helloooooo dubai.
been a few months since ive been on the boards. Or out on the prowl. Sounds like a lot of changes. I did always like seaview earlier in the evening. hope it doesnt get too crowded.
I dont think i'm up to the bar scene after such a long absence. I have never tried any of the MPs in dubai and dont want to randomly phone numbers out of the classifieds. Does any one have information on which are legit or not. And by legit I mean FULL service!
Any information would be much appreciated. PM me if u know of any decent places. And by decent I mean downright filthy!
