Maybe they will have a charging policy like Rocafellas that changes with the weather. Trouble is at the 'Snake it's harder to walk away if you don't want to pay the fee as there are no alternatives close by. It does get overcrowded at weekends so maybe they figure they can control overcrowding and maximise profit.
At the Seaview girls may ask you if you are having another beer. What this means is do you want to buy their entry coupon from them for the price of the drink. I am always happy to do this. Invarable they will go and get it for you too.

Quite right - the Lodge closed down as a result of an unwise management decision to go against govt regulations imposed at the time and have a full scale New Years Eve party during Ramadan!!
Reminds me of another equally unwise situation during the early Champions days at the Marriott where heads rolled the day after a Chippendales type event...

Just to assist the spiral into pedantry, the NY party was another occasion on which both the Lodge and Fibbers/Diamond Club were closed. The Lodge was forced to shut again because of the fluff party at the Diamond -- they were both operated by a guy called Rocky and the powers that be decided enough was enough.

visited the indian dance bar/murja in seashell inn hotel in burdubai last night. wow, wow, wow...what nice girls !
the girls are closest to some of the best dance bars in bombay. some of them were very collage looking girls. good place to check out the girls and hav a drinks for a while. but no p4p activity seemed to be happening. strictly no communication with the girls whatsoever. we tried to talk to some of the waiters, they said the same thing. absolutely no chance. mouth watering tempting : (

A few friends and I (couples) were at the Indian club in Palm Hotel (next to Hard Rock) last week. At closing time, an obvious transaction took place. It does happen, but they have to know and trust you, and it ain't cheap.

MY solution will be to "turn Chinese": buy a drink from the outside bar, sit out on the patio, watch the people go by, and on seeing a likely candidate, see if she wants to save the entrance fee... The band I will NOT miss.

And that's why I avoid "gentlemen's" clubs back home - waste of money. Why press your nose up against a window display when you can go elsewhere INTO the candy store?

true bravo, it is frustrating when you see all these beautiful girls dancing very temptingly just few feets in front of you...yet you cant even talk or touch them.
i think getting contacts of these girls for p4p can only be possible if a person has inside contacts to the bar management. and ofcourse they dont come cheap also.

After a night of partying and a few drinks, a few friends and I, including couples, popped into Rattlesnake, under the guise of finding a pool table. The doormen insisted on charging us the 35dh entry per person. I tried everything, but they wouldn't let us in without paying. A single guy who was with us managed to sneak in while I kept the doormen busy. A few minutes later, he came out and said, "Hey don't pay, just come in", and we did. I'm still not sure how we did it.
Rattler was a happening place last night. I teased Miss Wildcat by having a cuddle with a beautiful African girl. Miss Wildcat knows I have a thing (ahem) for African girls, but she was in a good mood, so no problems. Actually, the girl was a good sport; she went over and shook hands with Wildcat with a big smile. Wish I'd taken her number. She was a stunner.

Some colleagues reported being charged for entry at the Rattlesnake on Wednesday night and at the York on Thursday night.Most were in were in the demographic group that often avoids charges.

Friday night out

Felt the need to listen to some good rock. Took a date as none of my male friends were around for a night out. Date was suffering from a sore throat so I knew how that would end. That was okay as another plan was already formulated.
Surprisingly the club was not too crowded. Managed to get up in the front right side near the column even with the late arrival. A fairly good male/female ratio with all ethnic groups represented. Some Philippinos over on the right side looked interesting. One about a head taller than the rest looked like a WG. The band didn't disappoint.
Over the course of the evening noticed quite a few PRC that I had not seen before. Also some Stanis that looked new to me. As I was "attached" couldn't really get any price checks.
As predicted, left at 0100 and took my date home. Fortunately she lives near the York. So:
York 0110-0120
Okay it was a quick visit, but in that short time I learned a lot. Went looking for MR1 as she hadn't been answering texts lately. I knew that she had run into my date from earlier in the night a few weeks ago and probably wasn't happy to have been relegated to pinch hitter status.
York was quite crowded with a very heavy ratio in favor of any guys looking for a date. A good mix of PRC, African, and CIS/Stanis as well as some Philippinos. The first time in the York that I was pawed at numerous times by PRC. Very aggressive, I thought "isn't this usually what the Africans are doing?" 
Made one circle of the inside and was fairly impressed with the selection. Many possibles of all types. About to give up on finding MR1, it was a long shot anyway, and as I'm about out the door there she is talking to somebody. That poor somebody got ditched pretty quickly, sorry buddy. MR1 and I are out the door 30 seconds later.
She's a great shag, for me, and a great source of info on the Dubai scene. She says that there are quite a few girls in the York who will go for 300 long term. There are also quite a few who are promising long term only to bail out after 1 shot. So be sure to make your menu and times clear prior to leaving the club.
Another interesting tidbit is she thinks there are PRC now working at Zinc in the Crowne Plaza. She wasn't sure of the name, but said the entrance is downstairs as you walk in the main door. Sounds like Zinc to me. Apparently they only let PRC with resident visas in, but that it's "a lot safer" than other venues. Quite a few Emirates cabin crew in there as well so it would be somewhat difficult to differentiate, but might be worth a look.
