Usually, when in Thailand, I go scuba and muff diving. Recently a colleague (Scottish woman about 30) asked me what I did when I go to LOS? I said that I dived. she said, " come on, you do more than that." I discerned where she was going and what she was thinking and commented. She referred to me as a dirty old man!!!! She was quite rude. Why, when I am 50 I must be a dirty old man, but when doing the same thing at 20 it is ok??????

Muffy dude, I get this sh_t all day long. The first several times I went, I bought the office ties, and scarves, but sure as sh_t the sex tourist thing would come up no matter what, sometime very openly, other times nothing more than a fleeting funny look.
Luckily, ( for this situation anyway), I have a Japanese wife, and have modified my vacation report to, "my trip to Japan", which doesn't flit the narrow minds straight to the goddamn "let's out the bastard" type questions the Feminazi two faced bitches in the office culture are famous for. It's so easy to say "f_ck um", but what I learned is I have to go back day after day, and the bullsh_t has gotten pretty thick sometimes, so yes, I just lie. Tough, it's easier than putting up with the dirty looks, leers, and jeers.

What exactly is the age threshold when you become the dirty old man? 40? 50? In any event and whatever the age, I guess I had aspired to be a dirty old man since I was a dirty young man.
I get a kick out of western women interrogating me about Asian women and why I like them. One thing they constantly mention is that they hear Asian women are very submissive. My response to that is, no, they are not submissive, they are just very comfortable with being feminine and womanly. That usually gets an hot response from the western ladies.

I think a lot of 50 yr old women would like to do exactly what you wrote but are scared to death that they would not be able to consumate the deal, regardless of price, because they would be flat out turned down. And for them, it is less likely for them to get caught paying for it back home then men, so no real need to travel this far.
If they want to do it, have the dough, more power to them. It just might help their self esteem, give them reason to lose the extra 10 kilos, use make-up more often and begin to look 40ish when they are 50ish.

I am a "dirty old man" and wear the badge proudly.
Unlike Duke I don't have to face any women in the office but I did in the past. I never let it bother me but then I have the complete built-in ability to ignore something I don't want to hear or see. Good for me, right?
