A couple of months ago there was a big drug raid in "Soi Africa" (3). The police know that there is a big African drug gang problem. Hopefully they get rid of them.

There are areas that cater to foreigners of all nationalities, and from the point of view of plenty of folks, there are plenty of punters in all areas who probably have cars parked on their rented front lawns back home.

I know a bar owner of one of the bars behind Nana Square. Business is very consistent and they seem to stick to their own neighborhood. I have walked down the sub soi at night and it was very dark. In fact, I felt the least comfortable of any place or anytime in LOS. However, I was not accosted nor hassled in anyway.
