Guys,
The best limo service in Bangkok is run by Thai Air. It is called the Thai Limousine Service and has a fleet of Mercs, all white. The drivers are very good, very polite and very professional. They compete with the best in terms of prices. And, if you want to, thy will also arrange for a good guide, for money, of course.
The best part is that they are very honest. This is from personal experience. I once left my travel pouch with my passport, tickets, travellers cheques etc by mistake in the limo that dropped me at the hotel at 2 AM in the morning. I got in touch with their Airport office and by 5 AM, I had everything back, intact !

This happened to me in a normal taxi, where I forgot my credit card, passport, wallet, .. The taxi opened the wallet, found my office number and brought me every there, tough it was far outside bkk !!! It was the next morning and everything was there.
TIT 'This Is Thailand'.
But Thai Limousine are actually a good service, tough they have some shit cars too (Hyundai, old volvo, ...). Found some drivers too pushy for tips too.

If you are looking for a good Limo service then you should try on of the 5* hotels such as the Peninsula/Oriental or Banyan Tree. ƯAll have very good cars such as Rolls Royce and S-class Mercs. They are all pricey but you will arrive in style if that is your aim.

I have a dream. I want to be met at the BKK airport by my two favorite BKK girls (and maybe a friend of theirs) and take a limo for a leisurely ride around a few of the night sights of BKK while having a welcoming round of sanuk with my ladies. Being a bit on the shy side, I am looking or a limo service with an opaque divider between driver and passengers. I was hoping for a limo, but I guess not. Do any of the sedans have dividers? In your experience, of course. 
Oh, and smoked glass windows, too, of course.

I've only ever seen one limo as what you're describing. It was a stretch with the smoked windows, more than likely dividor between driver and passenger. However it was my first trip four years ago and there were some other things on my mind being my first trip and all. I did'nt bother with where it was from sorry bro. just know I have seen them there at one point in time.
