I agree.
There is something 'odd' about the Liverpool players at the moment. The 'Ex' Heskey..well the least said the better. Owen looked like a little boy lost and Gerrard (raved about by Fergie etc) looked Nationwide on a wet night away game.
I am frightened Liverpool are going to do a Leeds next season. Whatever happened to that poseur Thaksin and his 30% ? C'mon Mr Morgan your time has come !
There is something 'Don Revie' about Eriksson = Money No.1. Strange substitutions and an obstinate sticking with out of form players who he plays in the wrong position in the first place. I sometimes think he is not happy unless he makes loads of substitutions almost like a woman trying to choose a pair of shoes - just cannot make up his mind.
Let's have Beckham playing in the centre like at Real Madrid and a few players staying wide. He should have taken Defoe and not Heskey. If you want to play Heskey don't let him past the half-way line,don't let him tackle - just let him charge about ALONE like a 'bull in a China shop' up front. If he has to clatter and kick make sure its the opposing defence !
My first thoughts before the competition were -"Apart from Rooney who is going to score the goals?"
We need a 20+ a season man up front !

i'm still here FM,good to see you back.
Chelski are in free-fall at the moment,Gerrard decides to stay at Liverfool,they drop their interest in Deco because they think they have Gerrard and Robben is the new Van Nistelrooy.......falling over whenever someone breathes within 10 Yards of him.
Fergie's ploy is working well,he transferred Kenyon to Chelski and Kenyon is really f_cking up at the moment.
who would have thought the Greeks would have reached the Final?
but I still see Portugal winning.
