hi all,
what is all the hype about rooney anyway, he has 4 good games in euro 2004 and they call him pele number 2.
how many goals did he score last season, I know for sure he didn't get more than 10 and want around 50 million, don't get me wrong this boy has some talent but he still hasn't proved anything in the prem. i'm sure peter crouch the rodney 'plonker' trotter lookalike scored more goals last season than rooney.
rooney will stuggle with everton, he won't get the service he needs, everton was crap last season and I cant see them getting any better, no money for team strengthing and some players leaving, the papers will soon be on his back when he stops scoring because he's in a poor side.
i can't see anybody beating arsenal for the prem, chelski will be there, liverpool will improve as they got rid of the big donkey heskey plus new manager and man u have come to there end of there era.
my team the villa around 8th spot, well I can hope.

rooney scored nince goals in the premiership last season despite playing in less than half of evertons games. I agree that he will not look as good in a poor everton team as he did with england, but to compare him with crouch is beyond a joke. (nothing against crouch, I hope he goes on to be a success at southampton. a good, young english player).
couldnt the same be said of darius vassel, juan pablo angel or jay lloyd samuel?

not to worry, crouch was a bit of a joke but also he did score as many goals as him last season, rooney will be like vassell, plays better for england than his club, not suprising really as the top notch players around them.
i just wish rooney talk will piss of though, will he stay or will he go, who cares.

last Season Rooney scored 9 goals and was booked 11 times,not a good ratio.

had to laugh at Mourinhos comments over the Weekend.
it seems he stiffed Yurune's beloved Spurs.
when he was Manager of Porto he was amazed that Spurs were prepared to pay over 6 Mill for Postiga and quickly agreed and got rid of him.
Postiga was a total flop in England (ironic he was scored against England in Euro 2004) and he has now been packed off back to Portugal.
don't worry about MU.
