How far will England go without...

World Cup...football...Australia & the U.S.A. Eh, what is this all about. I do not recognize the names above at all. Australia will score, double ?
North Queensland Cowboys will take out the grand final this year over Newcastle. Australia are the world champs at football, no one else come close, yeah OK the Kiwis and Poms give us a run for the money.
Must buy a newspaper and see what this World Cup thingy is. Thanks FM for finding the thread.

Yes you Yanks can call it soccer if your semantically challenged.
I believe the U.S. team is world ranked #4 by FIFA (which is not the name of a bar girl or a french poodle).
Hey heenah2000-are you American? I bet not! At least three of those players are keepers, as in goal.
If you Yanks visit my Chelsea stand on the Suk. you can buy a T-shirt illustrating the difference in shape between an American football-ie a turd and an EPL football-ie a boob.

Hey FM: Are those "Chelsea FA Cup 2006 Winners" t-shirts available at your shop at drastically reduced prices? 
Re US team., Friedel has retired from the national team. Marcus Hahnemann from Reading (which will be promoted to the Premier League next year) will likely be the 3rd keeper. Damarcus Beasley from PSV Eindhoven, Landon Donovan from the MSL's LA Galaxy and Man City's Claudio Reyna are key players.
