My TGF (ex!) uses the EXTENDED BG network to track me down in Bkk.
She cornered me in the lobby of my hotel on a short 2 day trip to Bkk, and told me my entire iteneray and who I was with....and she had to take the mini bus from upcountry to find me.
Be aware of the BG coconut telegraph!

And I booked a hotel in pattaya who wants 800 baht per day as joiner fee if the guest dont check in with me! Thats why I think it would be better to take a girl with me!???

As CG and others have said just dont go down the sponsership route my TGF (who is allready sponsered up) and often takes me out and she pays 
Has in the past asked for 300,000 to open a bar, I polietly told her that I did not think it was a good idea, and on my last trip she asked for 150,000 for her family. Again I said no and she has emailed me and said thats fine and she cant wait to see me in 6 weeks time
