Jesus f***ing H. Christ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This guy is a lunatic!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Mr. "turd-for-brains" Alan wrote : "To repeat, I am not prescribing or suggesting medicine to someone who already has symptoms of a disease. For that, you should see a qualified medical professional." So what you actualy are saying is : To repeat, I AM prescribing or suggesting medicine to someone who DOES NOT have symptoms of a disease. For that, you should NOT see a qualified medical professional. Forget about Osama Bin Laden this guy is far more dangerous to society then he ever will be. Is there nobody on this board with a gun and a license to kill????

Quote: from jaypoet on 9:11 am on Sep. 21, 2005 Being married, never messed around on my wife, but after 10 years, the temptation is great. Here's my simple question, I am very intrigued about going to Thailand for some mongering in conjunction with a business trip that's coming up. However: 1) I am scared to death to catch something and give it to my wife which would be disastrous; 2) I am also concerned that if I do this once (monger in Thailand), I'll get hooked and it will lead to more and more. I have read all of the threads here on this question of morality etc., but I have a succinct question for those with experience in this matter: Is the experience worth the risks or should I just forget about it? Thank you for the advice.
Up to you. I did it and it changed my life. I guarantee it will be a life changing experince. I jettisoned a lot of BS and I caught a lifelong case (beware this uncurable!) of Jasmine Fever. Once you Partake of P4P in LOS you WILL CATCH Jasmine Fever. Nohting else has ever been this good. My suggestion to follow your heart. And your head. Make sure to listen to both heads...Sometimes the little one has great ideas! Or to quote the Movie Animal House: "Go ahead, suck her tits! Squeeze her ass! f*** her f*** her! You know you'll never get a better chance!"

Mr Alan: No, you don't understand the point I am making. Some antibiotics are routinely used as a precaution in advance. This is common practice by medical professionals, but must not be abused. I have documented those situations in previous posts.
Yes Mr Alan this is very true, but........YOU ARE NOT A f***ING MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.
Mr Alan: To repeat, I am not prescribing or suggesting medicine to someone who already has symptoms of a disease. For that, you should see a qualified medical professional.
No you are not prescribing them to someone who has a disease, you are prescribing them to someone who has NOTHING wrong with them which brings me back to my last point.............YOU ARE NOT A f***ING MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.

This has been an interesting thread. I'm delighted to see that no one is prescribing anything here. Even as a qualified medical professional, I won't do so either. Some serious suggestions, however: If you take prescription medication, careful check the contraindications for problems that can arise. Check for serious side effects and issues that can arise when "mixing" with (even) caffeine. Remember, when a professional prescribes medication, that person is taking the responsibility to monitor your progress. If you purchase something over-the-counter, it's the proverbial accident waiting to happen. Get headaches when taking medications for "erectile disfunction"? (You know who you are!) Well, as mentioned above, numerous antibiotics are belived to cause hypertension, and in some folks (guess what) HEADACHES! Consequently, a mixture of CIPRO (or similar) and CIALIS, as an example, may be an issue for some. I know I may sound like a not-so-fun dude, but I've found that sex is a hell of a lot better when approached "clean". You might like it even better. Sorry for the preaching!

Well Al. The reviews are pouring in & I am sad to say they are not universally positive. I predicted that wiser men than me would condem you for the bunko advice to take anti-biotics as prophy. Turns out that one of us didn't know what he ws talking about & it wasn't nescessarily me. o btw - lest ye forget - it was you who made this personal. My tone, initially, was engaging.

Let me repeat what I said before. Physicians often give certain antibiotics in advance as a precaution, even though no disease is present. As I already mentioned it could be a tooth extraction, a prostate biopsy, major surgery, and other things. Prescribing precautionary antibiotics should only be done for a short period and should only be done occasionally (once or twice a year at most). The record on this is indisputable, despite what people claim on this forum. So those who say this should never be done unless one already has a disease are simply wrong. Whether it should be done upon leaving Thailand after a vacation is debatable, but I had one doctor give me a prescription for antibiotics when I told him I was going to SE Asia on vacation. He told me to take while I was there (without any indications). I am well aware of the serious dangers of prolonged use of antibiotics, or the incorrect use of antibiotics. I am also aware of the dangers of STD's. I never suggested that antibiotics should be used on a continual basis, and I only suggested a short regimen that is accepted for used for STD’s on the last day of a vacation to Thailand. There is a serious issue of the taking of any medicine and its side effects and interactions with other drugs, food, alcohol, and chemicals. I already mentioned that these particular antibiotics (Ciprobay and Zithromax) should not be taken with any kind of calcium, magnesium, antacid, or food/vitamin that contains these in large amounts. If one is already taking another medicine (prescribed or over-the-counter), then you should consult the proper authority for known interactions. As a general rule, alcohol should not be consumed with any prescribed medication, and this is even true for many over-the-counter drugs. When I get a doctor’s prescription for a drug in the US, I always independently check for interactions and side effects because doctors often miss these. Your pharmacy will usually do a computer check of your other prescriptions, but they may not know about drugs purchased at a different pharmacy, or over-the-counter drugs that you are taking. Many say that one should not take any drug that requires a prescription in the US, without a doctor’s prescription in Thailand. I don’t want to debate that issue other than to say I always follow the laws and regulations of the Thailand, or any country where I happen to be. I personally have never taken any kind of ED drugs like Viagra, Cialas, etc. These are very dangerous drugs with serious side effects and interactions, and I would never suggest that anyone take them unless they have a legitimate case of ED and are under the care and monitoring of a physician. Apparently others don't agree because I read about many people on this forum who buy it in LOS (more or less over-the-counter) without a doctor's prescription. There seems to be significant hypocritical preaching on this subject on this forum.

Mr Alan. No one here is saying doctors do not do this, in fact I think we have all said they do, But. AS I SAID BEFORE YOU ARE NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. So if you want to SUGGEST anything then suggest someone see a doctor. Do not start prescribing what drugs to take at what times and at what doses. Jesus christ how many times do we all have to say this? Get your freaking head out off your ass and keep your eyes off google ok. And a little note to anyone else reading this. If I am not making myself clear or if for some reason when I post this it shows up as german on everyone elses screen can someone please tell me. Thank you and have a great day
