Loads of them, though they favour VCD.
There is a great series of 9 VCD called Su Sa Korn (nicknamed Ja Jing Jar) which is very popular. Not sure if it made VDO though, it's kind of an outdated mode in Thailand.
Try the places mentioned, plus Panthip, Seacon Square third floor for sure.

Unless you are sure it has to be video, you would normally be better off getting a VCD. My experience when trying to find someone who had a VHS player to watch some tapes sent to me from back home, was that Thais do not use video anymore. I ended up having to buy my own VHS Player. The fact that most retail stores have only 2 or 3 models compared to maybe 50 VCD Players proves the point. VCD is the standard as you can buy a player for as little as 1000 baht.
Another good place to buy VCD's, including for children, is a large chain called Mangpong. They have a shop in nearly every large shopping centre in Bangkok. Highly recommended.
