I bought it from Asia books on the Suk on Monday and I have finished it already.
Absolutely Brilliant.
If not in LOHOM (Land of Hitmen on Motorcycles) you may be able to buy on Amazon or similar.

Now now. The problem is not he has recommended a widely known book very familiar to most BTFers, it's that he is READING anything at all in BKK when so much better use of his time could be made.

I also read it in very short time last December and I wholeheartedly endorse Gus's reccomendation.
It is indeed an excellent read for all Bangkok mongers.
I purchased my copy from the Supermarket in the shopping centre opposite JW Marriott, so it seems like it is pretty widely available.
