Those I do know where to get, and at a little bit under that listed price.
In the pratunam area going down the alley from the Baiyoke sky tower as if you are going the shortcut to Pantip there is a lady selling that exact hat, but without the fashionable band, for bt250. With a smile, and slight bargaining she will take bt200, and I am serious. This is not a bad April fools joke.

Not particularly an afficionado of headgear but I remember I once spent some good time shopping for a cap on the 6th floor of MBK, the one just below the gaming and cinema zone. As you come up the escalator you turn to your left and you can't miss it. A well stocked vendor with quite a variety of hats and caps. Yeah, and this venue answers DG's perspicacious inquiry as well.
