I always translated อารมณ์ as feeling or mood, so มีอารมณ์ไหม is 'do you have the feeling/mood?', or 'are you in the mood?'

'Mah' is used to indicate that you came to a place. It is NEVER used to indicate that you came sexually. The word used is 'Set' as in 'finished'.
Furthermore, the word 'thi' is not used to indicate the number of times. It is normally used to indicate a number of instances like 'Song Thi' when for instance you want a table for two people.
It is not used to indicate the number you came sexually. The words 'krang' or 'lop' are used here.
Speaking Thai is not just a matter of opening a dictionary and try to impress people with simply searching the meaning of 'coming'.
Also it's very unlikely that you use the word 'krap' or 'ka' when you just f***ed with them.
