Oh, is that how successful people look like?
No, they write diatribes how successful expats do not spend time on fora, and then proceed to post that on a forum.

Blonk, myself, and a few others I personally know on this forum are living our dream, and not having to work to do it.....hahahahahaha.

We don't live on a pension, or an anuity, as you imply. We're to young to receive any of that. We do it because we knew what we were doing, and now don't have to work anymore. We don't put in 8 - 10 hours a day to try to live the dream, we just live it.

We don't pay girls to tell us we know Thai, and speak good. In fact we don't pay girls at all.....hahahahaha. We don't sleep alone at nights either. There is always a sweet bodies Thai girl next to us.

When you actually reach the point of living your professed dream, then you can speak, but until then quit trying to convince more knowledgable people than yourself what the dream is. You're not even close yet.....hahahahaha. You still HAVE to work.....eieieieieiei.

Pay a Thai girl enough, and she'll tell you anything you want to hear Blonk. You don't even know that yet...hahaha. You've actually accomplished something when you don't pay them, and they still stay with you.....lololol. You've got a long way to go Blonk, and you don't even know it.

That's the one think about the mentally ill, they are happy people for the most part because they don't know they are mentally retarded. Give them something to play with as a reward, and they have reached their dream, even though it is a very shallow accomplishment......eieieieiei.

Just noticed this thread for my kindergarden-grade questions.

Heard of this term "Aoi gung", I thought it meant 'make love' ? But I was also told that this is quite bad language.
Please.

And what is proper phrase for 'make love'

Heard of terms 'Bai til' and 'Bai tuo'. Are they same same as 'go party' ?

Fried rice is 'kow pad'. Spicy taste is also 'pad'. I have never known the tone/voice difference of these two 'pad'.

Whisper
My wife uses the words 'tum ruk', whick literally means 'make love'.
The 'pad' (or pud) in khao pad means fried in a small amount of oil (as in a stir-fried dish) as opposed to 'tort' (as in 'gai tort') which means deep fried in a lot of oil.
The word for spicy is 'pet', as in 'pet maak'!

you misunderstood her...she's not saying "spicy" per se, she's calling attention to the fact that there are chili peppers in the dish in question. the actual word is "prik," but in many dialects of Thai they drop their "r"s in consonant clusters.

as to the question about terms for f***ing: it's "ao kan," an idiom composed of two very innocent words, "ao" "to take" and "kan" together...but when combined they mean "to take each other"....f***ing. it's not considered very polite, but there are much worse terms. Latin American Spanish does this too with the verb "to take" (coger), and we sometimes do it in English...think of a bad romance "bodice ripper" novel or something: "the dark stranger took her on the carriage house floor," haha
