Cal, watch out for the spelling there. "Mia" means wife, it should have been "Mai". I would have said, "Mai Aow, Khob Khun Khrab".

How about communicate effectively, and succinctly, that you don't like fake moaning? (For one thing, it does not appear that "moan" โอดโอย carries the same sexual connotation in Thai.) But I was thinking something like, "Oht ooy mai jing, pom mai aow kap." Said with a slight smile and, if necessary, my finger to my lips.
