All of this about what a currency is worth someplace else is entertaining but of no practical use.
Reality is that B2,000 is US$48 (about). compare that to what you might get in the US for that money.. in the SF Bay Area that might get you in the door for a massage parlor .. however, for anything else, figure an extra $50 for a HJ and more for BJ and the works.. that is the only comparison that makes any sense at all.
Also, how do you factor in the g/f experience?? If I go with a working girl here then it is pay the money, have the experience and go home.
In Thailand often the girl will not only spend the night for that money, but may become sort of a friend and someone that you can spend evenings (weeks) with for little more money than the B2k per day and even perhaps a discount .. I guess you might find that in the US, but doubtful and rare compared to Thailand ..
the g/f type experience is what makes Thailand worthwhile for me .. if it were just getting laid/blown or jerked off then I might as well save the two days in the air, the $600 airfare, the cost of the hotel, etc and just stay home ..

i know some people will think me stupid,but i pay the girls 2000 everytime,wether it is L/T or S/T.
my choice.
as most of you know,i treat my women well and enjoy being with them and i have the GF experience.

I am surprised that your slogan isn't "I pay to much". You sort of fly in the face of my image of a Brit and money. I guess that will teach me not to generalize.
