I need to consult a law firm about some company registrations in Thailand and elsewhere and also to ensure I minimize my tax payments. It is a bit complicated so I need a decent firm. Anyone got any good recommendations for me? Thanks a lot.

Try Greg at Sunbelt Thailand, based in the Fortune Tower, Ratchada. They have a good legal dept that sorted out my company registration and company shares issues.

Good classy Thai firm that knows the territory and has a western quality work style. Not cheap, but neither the high prices of the foreign firms that take advantage of those coming without much knowdledge.

Check the foreign clients they manage get.
