Depends if the girl speaks decent english.
If so, ther are 4 big, very good international schools.
ISB(American), RIS(International), NIST(International) and Bangkok Patana(UK).
They are all as good as international schools anywhere in the world.
On the other hand, outside of those 4, there are many poor and downright disgusting schools. I would only ever consider sending a child to one of the big 4.
You can find their websites on the net after a simple google search eg "RIS+Bangkok".
They are expensive. Prices vary depending on the age of the child and the school. ISB is the most expensive. i am not sure but the average year would probably cost aroud 4000,000 baht.
Yes, it is pricey but you will find the ambassadors children there as well as the Thai ministers' families, top business people etc. On the other hand the other schools are of a sometimes rubbish standard.
Go for the good ones. the child's education cannot have a price on it.

Barrow,

I only tell you about American Bangkok School because my kids go there.  It will run you about 375,000 baht per school year.

My kids went to ASB (see MIT's post) when we lived there.  Nice facility, but it was not very "international", mainly Thai kids from wealthy families who wanted to have their kids educated in English.   Curriculum and quality of education seemed good.    There is usually an initial, onetime fee, but beyond that I don't think there were any real extra charges.  A discount on multiple kids, IIRC.  This school has about 400+ students.  One possible downside is that it is pre-K to 12th grade all in one building.  But since it is small I think it is a relatively safe environment.   That said, if I had it to do again, and money was no object, I'd probably tend towards one of the schools in the city, maybe Pattana.

Just to add a little more detail on American School of Bangkok...

They actually have two campus.  My kids go to the Sukhumvit campus and it's on Soi 49.  Fairly good location.  But, it only houses grade 1-8.  After 8th grade, you'll have to send them to the Main campus.

As per seubeu's post, there was an initial fee, except I can't remember exactly how much now...
