I have not seen Catherine MP on any of the taxi/tuk-tuk commission list,so I'm assuming its safe to go by taxi to Catherines and not be charge extra? or would it be better to have taxi drop off somewhere else to play it safe (ex. nearby hotel).

there is a hotel just before the MP's. can't recall the name but i'm sure it's somewhere in this thread.
i was impressed with few fishbowl girls here considering the price.

3) Saw this doll up on the cafe stage about 2 weekends ago. I was only there long enough to listen to her sing one number though. Anyone know if the cafe entertainer girls are available for take-out at the end of the night?

4) My first stop of the evening was at Catherine MP, Sunday night around 20:30. Not sure if this was the wrong day and/or time, but didn't see much I cared for in the fishbowl. Sat down in the booths nearest the bowl and drank a beer in the hopes something nice would show up. No joy, ended heading over to Nataree afterwards (took taxi to Emerald Hotel, then walked). I kinda like their set up in Catherine though, where the cafe and fishbowl area are kind of semi-connected. Was able to enjoy the Thai music/entertainment while glancing over at the fishbowl for any updates. Staff seemed limited in English skills, but friendly nonetheless. I'll probably stop by again next visit to BKK.
5) Understand from this thread that there is a model lounge / line-up on 5th floor. Can visitors take the lift unescorted to 5th fl, or should you ask Papa-san first?

I visited this MP on Saturday at 2:50pm, drove into the car park and immediately a valet guy signalled me to leave the car, I got out, was handed a ticket and he drove off (this bugged me until I left as when I started thinking about it, this would be a great way to nick a car, and how do you explain that to the wife, needless to say the car was there when I left)
Walked through the doors, bar/restauraunt area ahead and to my left, large fishbowl ahead and to my right.
