I'm always a little leery going to Catherines. Most the girls in the fishbowl always looked like they were 15-16 years old. Not my cup of tea.

From reading previous post on V.S., always still have hard time figuring out where this place located. I know where Catherines is so starting from here whats the best direction to VS (and how far from Catherine?)
Is fishbowl at VS still 1800b for 2 hrs?

There are 300 girls that work at Catherines???? And only 15 are over 20 years old??? Are you sure about that? That means the ones with red badges must be about 15 years old if the ones with the blue badges are the experienced ones. If that's what it's about I will definitely head for Victoria's Secret. Is it walking distance from Catherines?

You cannot walk to Victoria secret from Catherine although it is within viewing distance - unless you dare to swim through the snake-poisoned swamp. If you take a taxi tell the driver to take a left turn on Rama 9 road and then another one just passed Seven-Eleven-Shop. Within five minutes you will arrive at the doorstep of Victoria Secrets. Actuall prices: B-Course (1900 Bht. - 90 minutes), Fishbowl (middle-section, 1700 Bht.), Fishbowl (righthand-side, VIP-section, 1900 Bht. - for 2 hours). Farang surcharge 500 Bht.

Can You clarify, some post seem to differ. BKKTONIGHT website states farang only as anyone non-asian but some post suggest that asians not being thai and not thai speaking also slam with farang surcharges. So in your experiences, which is true.
Are non thai asians (ex. Singapore, Korean, Japs) still considered "farangs". If this is the case, farangs should be defined as "all foreigners"

Farang means white foreigner. As a non thai asian i've never been assessed a surcharge in Thailand.

I've been to Victoria Secret many times but the major problem is getting a taxi to go back to your hotel. Not too many taxi travel through those small alleys! I agee with you, V S girls are attractive and they provide excellent service.

MG, Well this is first time I hear that "falang" means "red hair"... Very funny! "Farang" is short for "francais" - phonetically sounding like "frang-say" to a Thai, and thus short "farang/falang" - which means Frenchman in French. Whatever it is (assuming in any event that it is NOT in Hollywood), just stick to your day job!
