I think the service is still good but the girls are ugly. I have finally given up on the place, tho used to love it. Oilys on 33 are much more convenient.

if you plan to go to Annie's, don't expect Ratchadapisek type of rooms (soapy massage) or girls
Annie's is in the middle of the action (Suk) so, IMHO, tastes vary on the punter
i found a great one thanks to the manager (@ey) and UKshag, as I spoke with them, told them the type I liked
and lo-and-behold there she was...petite,chinese (looking), fair skinned, cute, young and big boobs  service=8, attittude=7
price was 1,500bht+ tip of my choice

This place used to have a stellar reputation several years ago on the TSM site. I used to make it one stop on every visit.
I have not been back in about 4 years though. Last time I was there--I was put in one of the older rooms. The dank smell was just awful and so was the look of the room. I just couldn't bring myself to ever return there.
The women have always been interesting there, but I left over the room issues.
It is good to hear that someone is making a go of this place again. I will admire from the postings for now.
