Heard about this new restaurant above Blue Wave bar,
located on Sukhumvit, between Soi 2 and Soi 4. ÝAlways wanted to try a No Hands restaurant. ÝHas anyone tried this new place?

First I have heard of it.
Always liked the concept, but the practical matter, at least at Galaxy (Silom), has been pretty poor...
I'd be willing to try a better version, though, so I hope this thread will get some response.

IMHO, the No-hands experience is OK to try once, then the novelty wears off. It tends to be high-price. But if you never did, I would recommend going to one of these places. It better with a group of friends.
This was talked about in the BKK forum in the Blue Wave thread as this eatery is directly above the Blue Wave Bar between Nana and the J.W. Marriott Hotel on Sukhumviit.

so you see, you are definitely outdated.
baronbonks post did not reveal much. I know the chef from chevalier. but how about the girls. what can you do with your hands while not using them to eat.
I mean the baron is so drunk all the time (we washed it down with a couple of bottles of wine....) he does not realize if he is coming or going.

I was staying next door at the Marriott a couple weeks ago and walked by it every night. Didn't try it out but there were some great looking ladies working there. They gather in their uniforms otside the door trying to attract customers. At first I didn't realize it was a restaurant, I thought it was probably a high end club of some sort. Sound it bit expensive for me but if you have the money!!!

Ok, a mini trip report on Privilege. After recommendations by one of the Bro's on Friday (TU from my hazy memory of Friday!), decided to take an ex-employee of mine who now resides in BK to something a little different. Yes, its not cheap but it certainly was fun. To rate it (IMHO), I would break it down like this:-
Surroundings 8
Atmosphere 7.5
Choice (girls) 7
Food 7 (Western set)
Overall Fun Factor 8
Basically you have a choice of 2 set menus (Thai or Western) of 4 courses. We got to choose our hostess from a selection of 25+ TG's. Wide variety of "types", lots of enthusiasm to be selected!
The rooms have round Japanese style tables with there own Hi Fi, seperate lighting & Air Con. Very nice.
Hard to get use to being served my meal by others but lots of fun. Even better when the ladies offer to dance from the pole mounted in the centre of table. After Dinner and a few drinks and we had our own private floor show. This was real fun and recommended for something different!

went recently with a friend.
set meal B700 & thai one qiete ok.
drinks run above B100 mark & the ladies expect at least 1 LD too!
I was not very impressed with the fishbowl selection, but they we're very friendly & we ended up with heavy kissing & fondling lying in each corner of the room.
they offer take out or upstairs rooms BF500, but on a good night with plenty of booze I'm sure some kind of sex can be acomodated in the rooms 
final bill probably B2500 or so for 2 not bad on expenses for a meal, but I doubt I'll ever go again?

Chilli,
Is it odd if I go alone to this no hand restaurant?
Do the management still give me a private room if I go alone?
Is Baht2000 more or less enough for myself including the lady drinks and tips?
Can you describe the location of these restaurants in more details? I consider I am old hand in BKK, but I have never visted one of these joints. Would liek to try in next month.
