I will soon be going to Phuket with my wife who want to have daily sessions at some upscale spa around Patong Beach. Staying at Holiday Inn. Do any of these spas provide private sessions for men with special/exta services that I can enjoy while my wife is taking her treatment?

I have been offered at least the basic HJ at all 5 star hotels in SEA I have been to, with the exception of Bali (yes in Jakarta, KL, Singapore, Bangkok). In some places even more. I am talking of hotels like 4 seasons, Shangri-la. grand hyatt, regent, etc.
most of the time, the ladies are unappealing...but I think that is not what the question is about. anyway, yes, best to go outside 5 * places for good quality p4p.

Hello..
Just for fun, I emailed three of the upscale spas in Phuket to ask them three questions:
1. Do you provide services to men?
2. Are these services in private rooms with young Thai ladies?
3. Do you provide massage "Extras" if requested?
All three said yes to questions 1 and 2 and NO to question 3. Now..what are the chances that I can spend 2 hours in a private room getting a body massage by a young Thai lady and not be offered a HJ if I leave a 500 baht note laying around where she could see it. Seems like they usually ask if there is anything else they should massage.
So what do you think? Likely or unlikely to get at least a HJ?

Asked for Extras.. I once did a 3 some with my maids at the Hard Rcok Hotel in Pattaya while my Patong BG was at the SPA...If you want a good Boom session don't expect it at a Marriott Spa Facility....Go to Grand Palace in Phuket Town, Christens in Patong or like I said slip over to the Airport(near to Marriott) and fly up to BKK and hit the Eden Club for some out of this world BOOM!

heading to phuket this week for a few days... couple of queries for those with local knowledge, planning on visiting Christins, for a soapy and bbbj, cim, etc. is there a special girl to ask for ?? how much do they charge.
Any other bars/barber shops etc in phuket where a man can get a quick bj in the daytime, i e kangaroo bar in bkk.

no BJ bars in Patong like Kangaroo or SOL in BKK.
but some bars where a man can get a bit of fun from around midday.
but you have to chat to the ladies and discuss.
i know places where this can be found and have enjoyed in the past.

during a noonish visit.....I suppose an hour and a few NamSom Malibu's went by before the darling had cracked my zipper!
