I think this thread has become a little crazy. But it's interesting to see how different we think about this issue.
What I think is.....
There are P4P girls everywhere... SFO, NY, London, podunk hollar, etc..... but what does that have to do with anything? Just because there are P4P girls available doesn't mean one shouldn't carry on chasing normal girls does it? Do you guys not have sex with the non P4P girls you date? Only sex with P4P?? If so you've got a more distorted outlook than I thought.
If I decide to hit on a girl, I'm not thinking about where she works. Whether she hits back on me or not is her business. If she does, then I'm not going to walk away because she works in a hotel or a bank or whatever and might lose her job if she's caught in the sack with me. That's her business. Who knows, I also might lose my job if I'm caught in the sack with her. We are both adults. We make our own decisions.
If a girl working in the exec floor of a hotel doesn't respond to my flirtations or whatever.... that's fine. I'm not suggesting that I drag her back to my room and screw her against her will.
