From my experiences, the girls are trustable except freelancers. You should know that even if they sell their body and smile for money, they are not thieves. It is somewhat similar thing that you work for a company or do something to make money, but you do not steal others belongs. Ther are of the same as you all and of course there are thieves as well but generally they are earthy and decent.
Here is my way.
I use safety box and bring money as much as I need (about 6,000 B for a day) and in my travel bag I leave about 4,000 B for emergency becasue some hotels shut down their safety box in the midnight until the next morning (8:00AM). Then you can let the worry out and have fun in any situation. Even if I have a bad luck (girl), she needs to shuffl a lot things to find the 4,000B in my bags and it takes some times and very risky for her on the grounds that I can know she did it or not when I see my bag.
Do not try to hear the sound out of the bathroon while you are taking shower and give your trust to the girls.
They are also human and deserved to be trusted by others like you are.

I leave them in the room and go out, (they are called house cats) I usally pay them well, the hotel is good, they are allowed to order up, and make a few domestic calls. They also need to say nothing on my return with that nights girl. But know that joining in the action is worth more. Never had a cent stolen by a house cat, and room was fine always. But the hotel, always had their id card, and they were always a young go go worker. Freelancers will come the mickey some times. Over all hotels that take their id card ensures, its just soap, or a talcum powder they steal.
