Delta, Chinese lasses are sweet and charming, I can give you my word. And they do like gentleman somewhat like English style, that was the way I treated them. But if you didnt keep yourself beside them always, (long distance relationship) they maybe change their heart. Cos when they are sad, they need a should to lean on, need your warm hug while they weep. And if you were not there when they need you........sign! Just like what had happened to me. 'Women are from Venus while men are from Mars' I like this saying, dude. Hard for we guys to figure out what girls thinking but they can read our mind easly, very unfair.

i think for most girls they are like that and that does not even have to be leven long distance relationships.
hope you are able to find the book...i tells on both views in which we just do not understand between men and women. i forgot who is the author for "Women are Venus, Men are from Mars".

Someone (too lazy to look up the post) was chastized for giving Chris bad news..
I too have had a lot of experience with Chinese girls and have read "men are from, etc" ...
If this girl really loves you she would be looking for your emails.. Chinese girls are not by nature lazy .. they also follow up on things that they are interested in ..
I don't see what difference it makes whether it is Xmas or not.. Xmas only means one thing to the "godless Commies" (joking guys, joking) and that is getting gifts.. the idea of giving is not a Chinese woman's idea of Xmas ..

Chris, give yourself an Xmas gift and let go .. if she is there in April, then good on you .. but don't plan on it.
Even if she is there in April don't count on long term things anyway .. If she is Chinese, she might get more than a little pressure to only marry Chinese (happens a lot) or get a better offer financially .. and many Chinese women are much more interested in this than "being in love" .. of course this applies to women of other races as well ...
as others seem to be playing amateur shrink, I will too.. Chris, you need to think about why after six days you are putting so much of your energy into someone you barely know?? What is missing in your life that you hope to get out of this..
One thing very attractive about Thais is their ability to live in the present .. not in the future.. too many Westerners live today waiting for what they hope will happen in the future.. they miss a bunch of life that way ..

You should relax and take it easy and don't drive yourself crazy. You may miss good opportunities around you if you are too focused on something so far away and have no control over.
