Just let it be as long as this is ok for you, she's a TG after all... When it's no longer ok but it still has to be HER and you really want to go on with HER, make it very clear to her that you don't like this.
If she doesn't change (she will not), tell her next time you will be gone when she comes back from the bathroom... and DO SO if it happens (it will, I guess). Please, no idle threads... never back down easily... don't let them take you for a ride... Then there will either be a change (which is good) or end of the story (which is then good either)...
We punters and GFE lovers have to take good care of the balance of power! Very important! Or is that a balance of force?

I'd like much better service than she gave you, that's for sure. That's what you're paying for, a companion of sorts; at least that's what should be made clear that that's what you're paying for. If she's interesting in a repeat customer, she'll get the idea. So I'd take MTK's advice in this case. Draw the line or make it known what you don't like and what you do like. back to main focus about falling in love, is it true Thais Girl love to do adultery? Suspicious with their attitude not to honest about their relation status. From my observations:
I do not think Thais put such importance on monogamy (like Western cultures do). Many Thais have sex relationships outside of the marriage and I do not think they go to the great lengths that most western people do to hide them. They are simply undiscussed, but deep down, the Thai partner probably knows but does not want to bring it up (and honestly, might not be too bothered by it, as long as they do not feel the security of the relationship is in jeopardy). When this "relationship" or "f*** buddy" or "trip to the MP" is done in such a way to cause loss of face to the partner, then it will need to be dealt with by the other partner. In a western culture, if a wife was sleeping around, she might go to great lengths to hide it and the husband might go to great lengths to find out. That is really not the Thai way. When it threatens "security", then it will come to the surface.
I have observed that Thai love and western love are quite different. Neither is better nor worse, but they are definitely not the same. When a western man realizes that the Thai woman doesn't define "love" the same way he does, then I think he is in better shape to understand what their relationship is really all about. Don't get me wrong, some of these Western/Thai relationships are far healthier that many Western/Western relationships, even if each person in the relationship doesn't define "love" in the same way.
Bottom line: she was not raised in any way similar to the way you were raised, she is Thai, she thinks like a Thai, her morals are Thai, kreng jai is infinitely more important than honesty and her sense of right and wrong are Thai. Not same same as you!

I laugh every time I see the word "honesty" written about a Thai person. "Kreng Jai" is 100 times more important than "honesty" in Thailand.
We westerners are taught from birth that honesty is an important virtue, and we have little concept or grasp of what Thais view as kreng jai.
Thais are taught from birth that kreng jai is an important virtue (THE MOST IMPORTANT), and they have little concept or grasp of what Westerners view as honesty. And even more so, they are amazed that we view honesty with so much importance.
