@Blonk > Actually if you read the article again, the problem wasn't so much that he was offering students for sexual services, it was that he was taking up front payments for said services days/weeks in advance and then not delivering any students. The article stated he was taking 10,000 THB as a booking fee, and several interested clients had paid the booking fee more than once (pretty stupid I guess).
It was a VERY small % who actually received any student after their booking.....THIS is the reason he was taken down, for running a scam, not for providing students for sexual services.....TIT remember !
And on another note, you are referring to this article right.... So your 'take' on it is very different to whats reported....like your other posts I guess !
DJ charged in web sex scam
A former disc jockey who allegedly made several million baht operating an online website that offered sex services, took the money and didn't provide them, was arrested by police in Bangkok on Thursday.

Phitsanu ‘’Pete’’ Phetchura, 36, a former pub DJ, is accused of obtaining money by false pretences from customers seeking to buy sex services.
His apprehension followed complaints that the Siam Sideline website had run advertisements online that it had female university students willing to provide sex services as ‘’sideline jobs", Pol Lt Col Samroeng Songsiang, deputy superintendent of the Children and Women Protection sub-division under the Metropolitan Police Bureau, said at a press conference. The advertisements had attracted many men who later contacted Mr Phitsanu via a mobile phone number shown on the website. Complainants claimed they had transferred money to the accused, and received nothing in return.
Police posing as customers later contacted the suspect on the phone about buying sex from girls working for the website.
The offiicers were asked to transfer money to a bank account as a membership fee. Several money transfers involving tens of thousands baht were demanded before the suspect sent a list of girls for the customers to choose from. Police tracked down the suspect and caught him.
Mr Phitsanu allegedly confessed he had colluded with young women he knew at shopping malls to open bank accounts to receive money transfers from male victims, mostly businessmen. He admitted he had run the business for four years and earned 7-8 million baht, according to police. He had spent the money on entertainment.
The suspect was taken to Nang Lerng police station for further questioning.
