Okay, while we have a little debate in the other thread, I thought I start on TGs and pricing. My focus here is on freelancers, those that you find in beer gardens, pool bars, discos, etc. In all the time I have interacted with the girls, I have not bothered bringing the price down, all I asked was how much they wanted and paid it. I wanted to figure their self-worth. Okay, I got a quote for 10,000 B once, I laughed and asked "why so cheap?"
What determines their price? Here are some ideas:
Location theory
Over several years of playing the field, the pattern I find is that the price is generally pegged to the location. In the Soi 7 Beer Garden for instance, you could get a girl for 1,000 B ST (some times less). There will be some cases where a girl could get away with 1,500 B. I find these girls generally more confident about themselves.
Now, if you happen to see the same girl in say, Hard Rock cafe, their price suddenly doubles for the ST (and more for the LT). Some of these girls do turn up in other places such as Rivas or CM2, where they will command a better rate.
Self-esteem theory
Some girls just cannot see themselves in the 'low market' areas such as the beer garden or thermae. They'd rather starve than to lower their price. And if they were to be found in those places, they'd still ask for a higher price. Someone once mentioned paying 2,000 B for a girl in the beer garden!
Quality mix theory
If you guys have been to CM2, you'll probably have paid between 2,000 B to 3,000 B (I hear more some times) for an LT with a freelancer. A year or so ago, there was a migration of girls from the low-market areas, streaming into CM2, and with their lower self-worth, offered a lower price of 1,000-1,500 B for LTs. This suddenly made things very difficult for the old-timers who were used to getting more.

A better wardroble, shoes, nice makeup and hairdo add value to the asking price.
Agree on location and the dog in front of Pomodoro's SUkhumvitt Soi 5 has the best location and despite several kicks from the freelancers she is not giving up her position.

True, location is factor one, even ahead of personal attributes like age and weight, and attractiveness. An example is buffalo bar pattaya. A mate whoo was there first time trip, insisted we check it out. I broke my usual fishing pond of superbaby, to bar fine a very fresh new girl from this beer bar. She was 19 and petite gentle and very attractive, and had limited experience of just a week or two. That would at CM2 place her in on market venue price of 2000 s/t and 3000 to 4000 at l/t because she was like good fresh seafood on the quality menu. I gave her what was asked of me. 1000 baht, and was so satisfied placed another in the morning and told her to go up to superbabies where she might end up saving faster. I notice that a girl in soi 7 beer garden outside approached me, and said ""nothing in there better"" she was better. So I took her short time, but noticed she was up herself also. Attitude is number two. Some girls believe their market value to be greater than location. Avoid these even if so, usally they have been sacked from a go go, and are telling the truth. The exception is when they are new /young...alittle naieve but being told so. 1000 and 200 short time bar fine should be the limit to a beer bar girl. Tips are up to you. Freelancers in discos are the dangerous kind of bet, Unless you have id taken. But 2000 is something approaching the limit. I think an in house experience at a short time room with two individual go go girls One at 8 pm and one at 11pm, and then home to the missus is the best bet. Ofcourse she is the one that costs most.! But I rate venue number 1 attitude 2 appearnce and age 3 and gulliality of punter the x factor.

Another one is sponsorship.
With these girls it could go either way. Either they keep their high price, since they are not worried if they go home empty handed or they go for free.
Dressing
Yep, I use that to figure if she is the low-end type.  Just look for the cheap denim skirts.
Oh yeah, the other factor is how well you dress!

I once saw a spasso girl that conned 4,500 of me (many moons ago) flipping tricks in themaes 4 years later. Alot shabbier and fatter. Time and dress matter. Some beer bar girls accend to sponsership and then invest heavily in clothes. Same goes for us.

I met one who, believe it or not, didn't care exclusively about the money. She was more concerned about having a man with 'good heart'. Someone who wasn't crazy, as she liked to put it. And she wasn't a shabby looking chick either.
