Sorry to repeat this post.. I went into the Bamboo Bar on my last trip (April, mainly though on the afternoon) there were deffo some cute girls in there.
Whats the score are all the girls available to take? What about the girls working afternoon as I know they changed shift about 18.00 hrs.
Just plant to revisit in 19 days!!! YES!!!!

Lofty, some of the girls have been seen going out with the customers. Since they leave at 1800, if you can wait, you wouldn't need to pay the barfine.

Hey Everyone,
Just want to say that the Bamboo Bar is one of the coolest places in BKK.
My budy and I stayed in BKK (NanaTai Mansion, Soi 3) for a week before we headed down to Pattaya and then over to Phuket.
The Bamboo Bar has a kick ass band, and has a bar full of good looking women!! While are stay in BKK we went to this bar at least 4 out of the 7 nights we were in town. The girls behind the bar were great  looking, and even the girls who handled the pool tables. The prices were nice, around 85 baht  for a beer, and normal 20 baht for a game of pool. We didn't barfine any girls, but I did find out the cost, 500 baht.
I will be heading back to Thailand in about four months, and will be going back to this bar!!!

After all I have read I am quite eager to visit this bar. I will be back in BKK from the 20th of April.
What is in your opinion the best daytime or nighttime to visit this place (in terms of best choice of girls, happy hours and/or best music) ?

Hey brother Lat99, welcome to the brotherhood. Bamboo bar is a great place to relax and have a cold one. I always begin my night there when I'm in BKK. Any time is good to go there, but probably the best day would be Friday as they usually have free food, a live band and sometimes a lottery draw ( Even Elvis has been known to make an appearance on occasion  ).

Hello Lat 99,
Like cmore said anytime is a good time to visit Bamboo. They do have raffels. They give you purple tickets every time you order a drink, and on Saturday (end of that week) they have a drawing. I think it is for 5000 baht, gold up to 2000 baht and sometimes for a fan.
I really liked this bar!! And Lat99 if you see one of the servers name Jun or bartenders named Na, tell then hello for me.

Yes, definately drunk on a regular basis. But that does not change my opinion that every day and every time I might feel like going to another bar. Some days Q bar or Bed, another Playskool and Bamboo.... Or the other day That's It and than to The Brick. So, why not to Bamboo???
