Volunteer at Temple Arrested for Molestation

The summer program at Wat Thai Temple draws 140 children. They learn culture, language, the arts in an environment where they had felt safe.
The monks never suspected that trusted volunteer, Chalearmchai Napthaisong would ever harm a child.
"Personally he is good helper that I know. Everyday he helps the temple and the monks," says Songchia Promjat, Wat Thai Temple.
Forty-one year old, Napthaisong, is under arrest on child molestation charges. LAPD reports that a 7 year-old girl told her mother that he had locked her in a room and taken inappropriate pictures of her body.
Investigators on Wednesday continued interviewing youngsters searching for more alleged victims. Police have identified seven so far, as young as four years old.

Seriously, since it seems that quite a few are aware of this swan song of teh Food Court, maybe we should set up some kind of mini-RT for all us Angelenos this weekend.
I would shoot for Saturday, somewhat early (before noon) to avoid crowds, and commandeer tables.
Who's all going to make it?

Just saw the duck....he met mrs atl as well...
I am 35 and 6 feet 200 pounds and can say ole daffy is skinnier and looking good..
at least I have my hair..I can hold that one on ya daffy!

Overall, it was a nice excursion, hanging out with atl, mrs. atl (learning about the bird that recovered and flew the coop), running into some old friends (that went with me on my second, ever, trip to Thailand, so very long ago... and hanging out with my buddy Graeme (who was pissed and half-asleep, as is befitting a Brit).
A fun time was had.
