There's a lot of internation flights that touch down around that time, so the real bottlenecks are baggage and immigration.
Luggage can be a clusterf*ck one time and simple the next. It's a crapshoot.
At Immy just walk the extra minute and get in the shortest line. Try to avoid getting in line behind Africans, Arabs and mainland Chinese. They get the closest scrutiny and slow down the queue.
If it breaks right, he could be at the hotel before 1 AM and still time to hit a bar or go-go.
"Oh, Dannyboy, the hotties are callin'..."

This is truly an uncharitable attitude to adopt to a fellow bro in need. There is a win-win option for all concerned that will put D-B out of the misery of uncertainty about whether he will get his hottie for the night.
D-B will reserve a suite at the Landmark or similar standard establishment with a case of bubbly thrown, and indicate to the bros from which bar he would like his girls. All available bros will each bf two girls and bring them to said suite. D-B gets to choose two and the rest are shared out.
