I need some advice on achieving completion when using Ciallis or Viagra. Unless I have the sweetest little fanny blowing my load is becoming difficult. No problem during oral but during intercourse the sensation seems reduced to a certain degree. I excuse myself on the grounds of excess beer consumption, but one lady seemed to take it that she failed somehow - not good.
Is there any remedy for this and how common is it?
Any advice would be welcomed.

No idea about Cialis at all, but yes - it's very common with V & similar generics.
Try taking the stuff in smaller doses (eg 1/4 tab) more frequently, and/or doing your business on the residual effects (after the first 1-4 hours of max impact, it's still in your system with a half-life every 4 hours).
If you take more than you need shortly before the deed, then sure - you get a very gratifying 'yippee, I'm 18 again' rod-of-steel effect. On the other hand, if you're then frustrated finishing (& as often as not dealing with a snuffed nose & splitting headache to boot), what's the point?
There seem to be highly variable effects on individuals. I'd suggest you experiment with different dosages and time lags until you arrive at the best overall result for you personally. (Be careful not to exceed the daily recommened max, obviously).

Yeppers, with Viagra or Silagra experiment with the dosage till ya get the right satisfaction and don't even go beyond 150mg like my Eden Club, Swan Bar, and same day gf slammin bro's did; but ended up like dead dogs the day following.

I think it is normal not to be able to cum more than a couple times a day (with some variation, of course). The thing is in such situations, if you take Viagara, you get an erection but can not have orgasm. Imagine the same situation without Viagara and you may not even get erect. And thus the frustration - we are so conditioned to thinkg that once we have an erection we can/should have an orgasm. I, of course, learned this in LOS - where with Viagara I had no problems getting erection any time all night - but having orgasm is a whole different ball game.

You are probably not sexually excited enough.
If you are in a self-destruct mode, you can alwasy go w/o protection.
For average joe, Viagra and such will decrease your sensitivity, and with condom, it will decrease it even further.
Sensitivity aside, if you f**k for the sake of f**king, it won't be as fun as the first time you're did it with that pretty TG.
