Fellows,
Candid Question here, I did buy once a box of Cialis (4 tablets). it was my first time so the first nite I took half and see no difference. Second time took one but still nothing different.
What should I expect from Cialis knowing that I never had any trouble getting a hard on ?
Is Cialis not the right one and should I try an other mix ?
I was really expecting a 3 hours hard on or a stronger dick or even better: bigger......
I did waiste 1000 bath...

Viagra available at small pharmacy directly opposite entrance to Nana Plaza, as you walk past Nana Hotel on left, it is first shop on left. Don't know it's name.
My mate had no trouble getting it there (aug29-sep5) and purchased a good two (!) dozen during his stay.....he was popping em like smarties two a night and took some home with him for later use......

Here are a few ideas for you Singlolo......
First no erectile drug will make you bigger. More solid perhaps but not any bigger. And how long it makes youhard can be just until you cum, or half the damn night..till you can't cum but your still a flag pole. Each guy is different.
Second, you say you have NO difficulty getting hard, then... thats it. If you get hard you get hard. Now if you had trouble getting hard then maybe you notice the difference.
Third, cialis is not the same as viagra. Viagra works for about 4 hours, whereas cialis works up till 15/16 hours and for some guys even longer. 'Works', does not mean you will be hard for that long. Works means that you might be able to get hard in that time. First itme, second time or 100th time is up to you.
Fourth, cialis is milder, with less side effects. It is for long distance running, not sprints. I only use it for 3somes. Don't need to use it normally. So when your sleeping with two girls you can do em both over a period of time, no worry.
Fifth, not every drug works for every person. Maybe your a viagra guy. And in addition, you DO HAVE to be excited, mentally. No mental turn on--no hard on--with any erectile drug. Read the package material. It does not cure or remove mental hangups about sex or having sex. They work on the mechanics of getting hard only.
Sixth, did you buy fake drugs. Very possible. Just because the drug store sold them to you doesn't mean they are true composite drugs. I have been offered viagra here in China from a guy and he wants me to pick my own from the 4 different blue colours he has in stock. Hilarious.
Seventh, the best way to try erectile drugs is to buy 3 or 4 kinds and try them out over a period of time using a different one each time till you hit the one you have confidence in. (No more than one a day). Personally if you want a sildenafil citrate (viagra type), Caverta by Ranbaxy in India is cool. (a dark red triangular shape pill)
Eighth, these things are not candy. They can be potentially quite harmful. Your dick is a valuable instrument, treat it with the upmost care and consideration. It is the only one your ever going to have.

A friend gave me some Levitra, and I am sold on it now. It does not seem like it has such a shock on the system as Viagra. It is very mellow, and lasts a good 24 hours.

An update on the kamagra/penagra availability on Sukhumvit:
Used to buy it at one of the two pharmacies on the odd side of Suk, between Soi 5 and Soi 11.
Just tried both, as well as the one next to the cluster of bars between 11 and 15, next to Busch Gardens/Thermae. All three said they didn't have it, and couldn't sell it, that Pfizer was doing a crackdown. All 3 said 500 baht/pill, 2000 box for non-copy.
Where's KS Pharmacy? Do they still sell it? 4x the cost of generic (400-600 bht, usually) is too much.
What about Pattaya?
F'n ridiculous to pay that much for the Pfizer branded stuff.

TJ - that ain't the half of it. I tried buying Viagara - genuine in a few pharmacies in Pat Pong. Several said - we are no longer allowed to sell Viagra - Government crackdown. I had purchased genuine Pfizer from them in the past. I finally found Viagra in the shrink packs - hole in the wall shop just along from SoL, at the normal price of 500 baht a tablet. I was delighted to pay it. I have diabetes & I need it. Using 1/2 a tab per session I do not object to the price. I object to Toxin government pulling it out of the stores. What an idiot he is. P.S. 90% of Viagra sold on the internet has less of the active ingredient than stated. YHBW. (you have been warned).

KS Pharmacy is on Sukhumvit Road between Soi 15 and Soi 17. As you walk away from Robinsons towards the lower Sois, you will spot it in a cluster of 5-6 shops.

Let me just add on. If someone has high blood pressure, its always a good idea to consult a doctor before trying these pills OR start with a small dose first.
