Before I settled down I used the kamagra Oral gels brought here in Thailand. 1 sachet kept me going 3-4 days normally.
1 x sachet is 100 Baht
5 x sachets is 400 baht
10 x sachets is 800 baht
The woman at the pharmacy I used pulled out a box of 50 sachets the last time, but I don't know what discount that would get.
You can pop it as little as 15 minutes before you want to enjoy. I get no headache although my face turns red and I feel hot for 5-10 minutes (usually 5 minutes after taking).

I've bought 50 before at that little hole in wall pharmacy at the steps near the Nana BTS station, the price comes down to 70 Baht per sachet. That said, you can still get it for less on the net. I've ordered unbranded sildenafil for about 60 cents a tablet before. Works just as well as Kamagra or Suhagra.

I order from a few places in Europe no worrys what you do is find a reputable one order a small amount cost of a few beers and see if they deliver. But in thailand is easier to buy from a pharmacy.
The stuff from india you can order it direct no idea about thai customs though as they are as bent as the police

Damn, I can't remember the name, but Thailand produces a very cheap generic Viagra now, in 50mg, and 100mg sizes. It costs in the range of bt50 a tablet. They started making it about 3 months ago.
