PENAGRA REPORT FROM A NOOB
- Four 100mg tabs @ 350THB (20.02.2005)
- KS Pharmacy, 1-2 doors down from Asia Books, close to Robinson dept store / Westin Grande Sukhumvit hotel
Hope this might be helpful for other guys out there a little nervous about using ED meds for the first time, like I was. I'm in 35-40yrs age bracket, height-weight proportionate, no major health issues, but could stand to do some sit-ups and push-ups. I can hardly say I'm one of those "my body is a temple" granola-eating types, but I will admit I was a little anxious about experimenting with Penagra, Kamagra and the like. 
Walked in to KS mid-afternoon on Sunday, surveyed the shelves, then went over to ask the female clerk near the register if they carried Penagra or Kamagra. Said they have both, I asked for Penagra, she said "350 baht", I said "OK", and she went back behind the sliding door to retrieve the goods. Directions inside the box specify 50mg as a single dose (why then do they come in 100mg tabs?). Asked the girl to cut the pills in half for me, no sweat, in-and-out in about 3 minutes.
1st night: Sheepishly took only half a tab (50mg). About 40 minutes later, was sitting in the cab to go check out the Phetchaburi MPs. The vibration from that clunker taxi (badly needing a tune-up) was enough to set off a little 'movement' in my jeans. I was kinda surprised, almost started laughing... "Cool, this sh_t works!". I had a few pints of brew in my system by the time loving-making came around (2hrs 45min after taking the 50mg), but got erect almost instantly and stayed so until orgasm, no problem. Went flaccid after getting my nut though.
2nd night: Took 50mg, walked around a bit and consumed a number of pints at various NEP bars, went back to the hotel and popped another 50mg (2hrs later), walked over to Soi Cowboy and found a couple cuties in Baccara and Spice Girls. Drank some more at these places, found a girl I really wanted at Baccara, but soon realized I was just too mentally and physically tired (and drunk) to perform.  Paid the tab, stumbled back to the hotel empty-handed, jumped in the shower then crawled in to bed around midnight. To both my surprise and dismay, the cool, clean bed sheets against my gnards were just enough to set off the Penagra still in my system (approx. 5+hrs after first dose). Damn, I was then really wishing I had one of those Baccara girls next to me to read me a bedtime story (#53 and #83 were *fine*).
3rd night: Took 100mg from the start. Walked around Ratachada MPs, ended up back at Nataree and had no problem getting and staying erect until climax (flaccid afterwards though).
Assessment: All things considered, had very positive results with Penagra. No, it didn't turn me in to TT Boy or John Holmes, nor did it give me endless sexual energy. I did not experience any unpleasant side-effects (headaches, sweating, constant erection, racing heart, etc.), a major concern for me. In spite of the fact that I never had a good nights rest, had maybe only 2 meals a day, drank water, sports drinks, coffee and Coke throughout the day... and drank beer, Red Bull, M150, water, sports drinks and Maekong+Cokes all night... Penagra cut through all that and produced positive results when needed.

If it is 600 baht for 4 Kamagra, and 1500 baht for 4 Viagra, then get the Viagra.
Kamagra is good, but you need 100mil and even that is not as good as 50mil of Viagra.
I might go the Doctors before I go and plead impotence.

Besides Viagra, Cialis, Apcalis etc, there is also Caverta !
It's the Indian version of Viagra but cheaper and with nearly no side effects.
You take it about an hr before you want to have action and (at least for me) you will be rock hard for sexual activity. For me the (red) pill works overnight so good for some LT action. One of the big advantages also is that you are in control of yr cumming.
The best place in bkk where it can be found is the Chinese Pharmacy on Suk Rd between Marriot Hotel and Soi Nana, they charge 450 Baht for a strip with 4 tabs.
Besides that (offtopic) they got a huge selection of cigars and roll tobacco available too.
In Pattaya you can buy it also in a Pharmacy in Walking Street, somewhere near Lobster Pot, I think it was about 500 Baht there.

Read a very disturbing news report today that states dangers with Viagra (and perhaps other tabs of same function?)
University of Minnesota has made a scientific research of a group of men and found there is a risk of getting blind if using V!! As it controls the arteries contractions it can also shut off the blood to the eye and thus cause a very serious damage - possibly total blindness. Or "just" reducing visibility in "milder" cases! The symptom goes under the name of: NAION (nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy).
EVERY time something is fun for your system it is in the end proven to be dangerous! Damn!
Or perhaps go blind with a massive hammerhead and just feel the ladies?! "Up to you"!
