if calling from america dial 011 66 703 21XXX...just omit the second "0" before the "7" when you are calling from the states

"011" is the number to get out of the USA and "66" is the country code so when calling from the US you omit the "0" just before the "7"...i hope this clarifies everything for you and I beleive when in country (LOS), you just dial 070321XXX

Something I have had to deal with is the terrible call quality of some connections using cheap calling cards. The delay on some is really bad. However, on Thaitel's Quickcall and EasyAnywhere cards use a different network and provide far better call quality than their other cards. The last conversation I had with someone in my Thailand office (on their Thai mobile), the person I called couldn't believe the quality, there was no delay and they sounded like they were next-door.
As a side note, from a One-2-call phone BACK to the USA when you are in Thailand, they have quite reasonable rates (dial 00-11-areacode-number) and the quality is excellent. The rate last month was about 10B/minute from Thailand to the US, check with One-2-call customer service for the exact rate, as it changes because of promotions.

Good point about the one-to-call card callin' back to the U.S.
I always use my cell phone (1-to-call card) to call back home because the rates are very good.
My buddy once use the hotel room phone @ the Landmark hotel to call home for an hour. The bill was about $100 plus. Crazy!!

I use a long distance service available from zoneld.com. Really good rates 24/7. They also allow.04/min anywhere in the US at any time. They also offer 1-800 (1-877 actually) and telephone cards. I have used them 2 years now and they are the best. The quality is just like dialing direct within the US and you dial just like with the normal carriers, just a sh_tload cheaper.
I tried that 1st4Phonecards but their service was very very poor... first their 1-877 would not work within my areacode, then my PIN would not work. In summary, it has been 3 weeks and I still can not place a call with them..nothing but excuses.
I have a SIM card from 1-2-Call but it does not allow me to access any networks here. works great from thailand though. Those hotels charge WAY too much.

From the US to Thailand onesuite.com is currently $0.11/min. I have used them for several years. Interstate calls are $0.035/min.
Same comments as stated above re Thai to US - use 12call.

I just like to add something here.
Wanttocall.com has now a callback system that works great. Call a cell phone number in Thailand and then system will call you back and you can dial/ From 0.059 to most EU and USA. You can also use it back home for the same rate. They also have a new function that is really cool I use for one of my "freinds" you can have a internet button and when the littel girl click that button it rings in hers and your phone in the same time. Off course I pay. But its better to pay that and know that she can just call me for that money.

I hardly ever use a fax machine so please forgive me. I have to make a fax to Bkk. However, I don't understand what the extra number on the end means (to 7). Anyone know?
Fax: (66) 2 - 6776246 to 7 (2 lines), (66) 2 - 2856627
And to clarify - if I'm faxing out of the US
011-66-2-6776246 (right?)
