Hello,
Internet if free that's FREE at Gullivers on Soi 5...why pay. Just walk in, order a beer and use the internet. If you have to hook up your laptop most places charge 30 baht for the first 15 min. and 2 baht per minute after that. Some places are only 1 baht per min. In Pattaya there are only dial-up connections and the net is really slllloooooowwww (slow). All hotel business centers will charge you out the butt for internet access. However if your company is paying who cares.
