Ji-net offers unlimited hours (bandwidth is limited to a certain amount of MBs per hour).
THB 1,550 for 256/128 (limit 70mb per hour)
THB 2,450 for 512/256 (limit 140mb per hour)
Plus charges for the DSL connection...
On my 1024/512 package of TA I have a limit of 280mb per hour, but never came even close to that....

Concerning the air card... nothing more or less than a wireless modem on a card you can plug in your notebook.
