I have the True 3GS package, I pay 699 a month for unlimited 3G, 100's of SMS, MMS and I think 4 or 5 hours of free call time to any network in Thailand.
3G service is great in Bangkok, but head up to Khon Kaen and expect the entire phone to be out of signal, same happens en-route to Rayong for a period of time.
Other downsides, the speaker and built in ear piece volume is awful my wife and I use our phone on speaker all of the time at max volume just so we can hear the other person, very disappointing.
Battery Life is very poor, 24hrs will run it dry, thank god for car chargers !
Other than that, a great little toy, but not worth the 24K each we paid for them.
