The infamous Rynn and her colleague Sailung (both Subway graduates), together with Bee (standout former Oranges employee) have remodeled a modest shophouse off Suk 22 and will join the OM competition soon. Soft opening now... but full complement of providers may take a week or two.
Modest infrastructure (8 small rooms, 5 with small showers) but clean and run by ladies who know what their male customers want. Standard pricing (TTM, gel, aroma and standard oil)... choose from the photo album or live. Very serviceable, though I suspect that advance bookings will be advisable due to the number of rooms. The nearest landmark is the Park Avenue Hotel (the adjoining Viva Vino Italian restaurant is perhaps easier to spot). There are two small side sois on the opposite side of Suk 22 from the Park and 100 meters south... Fee Barber is in the first and Hana is in the second (both have small but visible signs that mark the sois).
In anticipation of a flood of "do they still do it" questions from the many Rynn fans on the board (and not a few Bee fans as well) - the official answer is "no... retired."
The unofficial answer is.... regular customers should not lose hope... subject to advance contact. (Tel 2259-4407)

This is a Curate's egg of a place, good........but only in parts.
Deep File has given the location above but for me it brought back memories of the late sixties and early seventies when I started my p4p activities. For those of you who are born Cocknies, when Soho was a lot more of a heterosexual playground than it is now, you may remember alleyways such as St. Annes Court and Walkers Court. These were scruffy, dirty short cuts between the main streets, memorable only for the bright plastic signs advertising ' MODEL 3rd Floor'. Hana's sub soi is similarly down market. Unless you were BTF member there is nothing that would attract you fifty yards or so down the soi to the entrance.
The reception/waiting area is very small but garish and flash, a bit like Rinn. The whole building is small and cramped. The decor is cheap and the two flights of stairs up to Room 19 very steep. I really did think that I had gone back in time to the London of thirty years ago and more.
As Deep File explains the menu is as you would expect for an oily. For each option you can request a period of 60, 90 or 120 minutes. I opted for the most extravagant item, 120 minutes aromatherapy. I was told that this warranted " 10 per cent discount 900 baht" instead of the advertised 1000 baht.
There were only about five girls available to choose from according to the book provided. All were about average in looks and build,certainly no stunners. I chose Porn who was still employed, so she told me later, at Subway and was moonlighting at Hanas.
I was in luck choosing Porn. She gave an outstanding physical massage. Not erotic in any way even in the erogenous zones. All genital contact was incidental to the main matter at hand. However her massage skills could get her employment on the Tour de France when riders need a two hour rub down after each stage.
Her English is poor and she had difficulties asking if I wanted extras. Every thing upto FS was on offer. I was so comfortable I took the easy way out and let Porn do all the work with a terrific hand job.
I think that this venture is unlikely to succeed. You would not go out of your way to find this place. The budget for decorating appeared to be very low and the end result was, for me, cheap and nasty. If you chose a girl who could not really be bothered that day, I would suspect that you would not go back again. There are too many other options available. I was lucky with Porn, her finale was spectacular. If all the girls are as good as her the place may survive.

Having just read the New Rules for posting in connection with #2 Privacy; I will try to stay within the guidelines of not identifying anyone in my post. No NAMES!
I like Cheap and Nasty if the service is excellent. I stumbled onto Hana the day following Deep File’s FR.
I tried Subway several times wanting to experience the infamous Ms. Rxxx and when I read Deep File’s report I called and made a appointment with her. The gal who answered said they open at 18:00 so I told her I wanted a massage from Rxxx at 14:30 I won’t go into detail describing the place because south7elenth painted a very accurate description of it.
I arrived and announced to the receptionist that I had an appointment with Rxxx. She asked if I wanted oil or TTM. I said is Rxxx here? I’m Rxxx she replied and away we went up the steep stairs to the small room for a 2 hour TTM. I won’t go into all the details but the time ran over by 35 minutes. I really was relaxed though and never worried about a late call or knock on the door for going well over the 2 hours because hey; I was f***ing the owner!
When she finished the excellent TTM she asked if I wanted a balls massage. That is what I wanted and it was good.
I never ask after the fact how much? I want to know going in what to expect and I never asked for extras beyond the BM but the chemistry was very good and things just lead from one thing to another. We did not talk much. It was a great experience and when we finished she just started to get dressed and I finally asked how much? I would have paid almost anything for what we did and the pleasure it gave me.
400 TTM 1500 for Rxxx. A great value for 2 1/2 hours!
But as south7eventh pointed out the place needs help. I hope they make it.

What I really want to ask you david 85260 is if it was the first time that you got a massage from Rinn?
Because Deep Filed mentioned in his original post that she could only be booked by regulars from her Subway days.

Why must everyone be so secretive?
These aren't public postings about Burmese women where the subject could face hard labor or even death for being discovered. This is about Thai working girls on a semi-private forum. 1) No- No typo. That is how it happened. I like to throw a curve sometimes just to get a reaction and as often happens the receptionist said ok 14:30. Similarly I never ask a BG how much she wants? If she utters the phrase; “I want go wit you” then I tell her how much I will give her. That is not what TG’s are accustomed to from punters who enjoy over paying for their services, but as in all things where there is a supply and demand situation; the man with the cash rules! Works for me!
2) Yes my first time with Rin. Again I figured this is a new venture for her and they cannot afford the luxury of being retired just yet. I was right. 1) Yeah WHY? I agree 120% but you and I did not write Rule #2 about what can be said in a post and since we are not the powers that be we just gotta go along or get a less than honorable discharge from this great forum. You are right IMHO! I think it should be revised for sure.
