I think the problem she may have is that she had very little start up capitol to open her business. So location and the ‘office’ build out were compromised. That coupled with clients who only want her to provide service makes it yet another problem for Rin.
I agree that her staff will not view the situation favorably, but some will probably stay because no one else will hire them, like the last one I had there.
Hopefully she can stick it out and make a go of it.

Somewhere along the last few posts the point has been lost. The OM and balls massage is 800 baht for 2hrs, but that does not include a HJ or any other extra, these are extra, so a HJ is 500, BJ 1,000, FS 1,500, so paying a tip of 400 wasn't enough, it was less than the accepted going rate of 500 the fact you never got a HJ is not relative, the point is you came from what she was doing and she did it with her hands!! So the extra money is for receiving the extra, in your case the extra was an orgasm, your 800 baht was just for massage, be it on your back, legs or balls !

HT eextra is not the orgasm, its the hj. If the man comes without a HJ, then no HJ fee is to be paid. If he chooses to pay 400 extra cos he loved the Balls and OM then that is fine - it is a tip.
500 for HJ is not a tip - it is a fee for a service.
If u cum from the Balls massage, and you paid for the BM, then there is no need to pay extra, tipping is at your discretion. If you came from just the OM, hypothetically of course - would you pay more?
Likewise - if you got a HJ but didn't come - then I think you should still pay 500hj...
If the fee structure is only based on whether you come or not, then surely the charge would be the same for HJ, BJ, and FS?
In all things, you pay for what they do, not how it makes you feel. Your tip and your future service, is based on how you feel about the service.

to use your infamous pizza analogy: if I order a chees pizza and is is burnt or crappy or has no cheese, then I won't pay....
But likewise, if I order a cheese pizza and they happen to accidently put lobster on it as well, I won't pay for the lobster. I may tip, but I have no obligation to pay....
HJ is the same as for a massage and fo ranything else. If it is crap, then you shouldn't have to pay... If it is good, and the girl has done her best, then if I don't manage to ejaculate, then I can't blame her. Well - now have tried the famous Rin and I can just agree that it was an interesting experience! Hana massage may be a little offside on soi 22 and I managed to walk by it at first. But it is close to Imperial hotel and on the corner of the sidestreet is a petshop. At the same time you will see the sign.
Called and booked Rin and she was very nice and friendly. And what a lovely rack! Almost as big and yummy as my reg GF! Service good even if not absolutely over the top. She did body-to-body oily and then sat with my legs over hers whilst she performed the famous chap-ka-sai. I understand now that if performed wrong must be painful! But not with the expert! She gave me 2 pops and I was quite drained when leaving after 2 hours! Tipped well since I think she deserves it.

All in all: a place worth a 2nd visit and I can recommend!

One of the websites describes Rin as the teacher. Yet I did not see two girl massage on the menu. Presumably she teaches the learners using customers.
In the UK many hair salons offer discounted haircuts if you allow the trainees to practice and learn on you. Does a similar system operate in LOS with massages I wonder?
Does anybody know if there is a discount if you volunteer to be used in one of Rin's classes? I am always on the lookout for a bargain and next time in LOS this could be the place for me - maybe if she taught a few of the ladies at the same time there would be no charge?
