Today was my first time visiting an oily (have been only to soapies before) and went to Dream Heaven.
Time was 1pm, 5 girls on show, 4 of the 5 were takeable, good selection.
The Mamasan Khun Jin (Gin) was very very friendly and treated me really well, I felt very welcome and comfortable.
The ladies available were shown on the book and then I requested to see the girls in person, no problems at all.
I selected Miss Min (not on the website) for 1 1/2 hours. Petite girl, beautiful face, innocent looking. She was...nice....not erotic. The massage was nothing at all, did not feel it. Then we got onto to main show. BJ was covered unfortunately and in bed she was ok, but not up to the standards expected, I think she is quite new at this and is still inexperienced. I should not have picked by the face but by the attitude shown, lesson learned! Still it was a good session, although if I did not ask her to give me a massage at the end, she would have happily ended the session at 1hr instead of 1 1/2hrs.
Damage same as usual, 700 massage and 1,500 FS. No tip given.
At the end of the session the Mamasan asked me if I had any complaints or any way in which they could improve service, she wanted to know, but as Miss Min was there with me I just said, it is ok.
She also said that if I called ahead they would reserve a car space for me in front or near the shop. Overall great service from the shop, maybe if the Mamasan herself had provided me with the FS it would have been a different story hahaha.
Will definitely visit again and try a different lady.

Another terrific Dream Heaven experience. For some reason I can't get enough of my current favorite there. Sorry but I am not yet revealing her name. My previous favorite there is Khun Bee who gives very nice service. Still put off by being asked to pay the 1500 up front though so far in every case I would have been 100% happy to pay it after the fact.
I think the service expectations are different than Mango and maybe every girl at DHM may not be the star my current fave is. You may not get 3 pops or CIM or Anal or an ass-licking from every girl. There is a more individual service level and less training I think, but I like variety and the initial joy of discovery. So far every visit has brought something new and different even from the same girls. Anyway when I left (5:00ish) there were a roomful of girls available and most looking very do-able. I'll no doubt be back there again in the next week or so...
If you can get past the upfront FS charge and aren't looking for very specific types of sex, I think this an excellent choice these days...

Maybe I've just been lucky... that's entirely possible and no doubt the first time I don't get my baht's worth and am not IMMEDIATELY refunded with no questions asked will be my last time there.

I am not prepared to pay for extras in advance.For me the anticipation of will I,or wont I,have FS is an essential part of the overall experience which I am not prepared to forgo.
Unless I feel some rapport with the girl I will settle just for the massage.
Paying in advance makes the sex rather mechanical,and in many instances the girl will not make a real effort to please,because she knows she will be paid even if her service is mediocre.
However,when I visited Dream Heaven in March I was not asked to pay for FS in advance,and the website makes no reference to advance payments.Is it a recent requirement?

A few places have always done this pay-up-front type of approach.
I don't think Dream Heaven have always done this. Maybe it's only to guys who sport white knuckles as they clutch their wallets when entering. ha ha.
I'm not a gambler and I think most guys would find it almost impossible to tell if they were going to get a good time with the girl just by looking at her. So, accepting the approach, you are accepting pot-luck.
Personally, I would be strongly tempted to avoid and/or refuse any offer of intercession by the establishment, whether it is a shop-front main menu for "massage" or a mamasan in a go-go bar.
I come for a massage. I will pay for the massage.
What the lady and I agree to between ourselves is not anyone else's concern. And if I paid a third party for her services both legitimate and personal, I would not have the satisfaction of definitely knowing that the lady would be pocketing her full due amount.
Too many scams around.
A lot of these massage girls are compelled to purchase the parlour's supplies of condoms, lubricants, oils, lotions, tissues and other accessories at inflated prices. Some of them have to buy a uniform from the parlour. And at some places, for every customer they get, the parlour charges them a rate for the amount of time that the room is used.
So, no, I would be very uncomfortable with paying up-front.
