Usually,
Japanese girls / women who come as tourist in Thailand, don't want bother with guys either local nor foreign. But they do with locals in Bali or Kuta (Indonesia). This come from reason not many Thai guys able to speak in Japanese. And usually they don't like hanging arround with this girls also. But yes you have chance to seduce this tourist if you have a little skills in Japanese Language. Just go to the beach like in Phuket or Pattaya that have Japanese tourist and offer them to learn Surfing :p

i assume they look like same more than 75%

My mate is married to a Japanese girl - she is a bloody wierdo - she talks to you but looks in another direction. I have it on his authority that one of the main differences between Japanese girls and TG's, is the body temparatures - Thai girls are hot and Japanese girls are cold.
