Sukhumvit Suites on Soi 13.You will get a nice sized studio for about 13-14 grand a month.Only prob is you may have to take out a six month lease. It would be worth a walk in to talk to reception (14th floor). It's only about a 5 min walk from Nana BTS. It is reasonable building with a pool and a nice Bar /Restaurant on the ground floor with some V Cute hostesses.

My house is on a small soi (street) 50 meters from Sukhumvit road between Soi 103 (Udom Suk) and Bangna-Trad main highway.
10 kms on Sukhumvit road to Siam Square * (city center) by shot taxi rde + 7 kms by sky train from ON NUT train station.
Distance to New airport = 14 kms.
this is for someone that needs 2 bedrooms and private bath on 4th floor of shop house.
BEDROOM #1 - Air + fan with bed and closet. Small balcony.
BEDROOM #2 - fan with bed and closet.
Bathroom with hot water.
EXTRAS
1. wireless internet / or cable in one room. NO cost to you.
2. Washing machine. NO cost to you.
3. Kitchen usage. You buy and prepare foods at your cost.
4. Living room and dining area on 1st floor common area.
5. Inside parking for 1 or 2 motorbikes for you.
COSTS
10,000 MONTH - for the two room total!
Electric + water @ 25% of total bill. Estimated at 2000 month
You purchase own bedding and towels.
TERMS
1. DEPOSIT REQUIRED. I require 3 months advance funds = 30,000 total.
2. Length of stay - minimum 6 months. (60,000 total for 6 months
3. AVAILABLE NOW - OCTOBER 5.
4. References suggested in your 1st email with phone numbers.
PREFERENCES
1. Two women currently stay in two other bedrooms. (One can do your wash and iron and clean your room for a small fee. She speaks English.
Any person who is not aware of the changes in immigration NOW - read up on http://www.thaivisa.com. No one without work permit or retirement visas can live in Thailand for more than 90 days out of 180 window that starts with your 1st entry into the country after October 1st.. THIS IS NEW.
NOTES
This is a quiet and considerate home. Don't bring a big party home. Plenty of places to do this in public or on holidays to beach..
I have an office in the home and spend at least 4 hours a day working in my private office. the 1st floor has dining and couch and computer + fax machine.
SCAMMERS
Note above that if you are not already in Thailand I will not have any way to validate your advance payment from you. I have had several people wishing to rent with stories of send me back travel expenses from funds sent with nothing but scams.
I will listen to your needs but I have lived here for more than 2.5 years and I travel to lower Suk on a regular basis - after 2 am taxi ride 15 - 20 minutes @ 75 baht.
So - be real and have a great place to live.

Post is irrelevant. Udom Suk is not considerated prime estate.
The starter of this thread asked for accomodation near the BTS.
Street One Lodge used to be 10000 per month (incl elec/water).
