i heard that it is girlfriend as you are renting an appartment. So, you are free to invite who ever you want there.
The location is quite good next toi MBK and Siam Center / Siam Discovery. As for nightlife, you'll have to tak ethe BTS to go to Patpong or Nana. Ratchathewi, National Stadium and Siam stations are just nearby. Then take the cab to come back.

Let's assume in this instance that no news is good news. As was said, the serviced apartment people tend to leave their tenants alone. Hence, joiner fees are not likely to occur.
Evergreen has a great gym, huge pool, on-site laundry service, nicely appointed rooms at a location which is highly desirable. Why, you'll be able to walk to MBK or Siam Discovery, jump on a klong boat at the klong saen saeb which is a mere stones throw from your building, or walk through the Siam Hotel and right out onto the BTS platform.
Not much potential for regret there, trust me.

got to agree with skip,, it would be a rare thing for a service apartment to charge for "joiners".
My first question would be " I have rented this apartment, are you denying me / us reasonable access / enjoyment of said rental"?
Not to mention you also have a 2 bedroom,,, ahhh did they expect the second room to be empty?
Either way,, you have rented the premises and unless you are disturbing other guests,, f*** them I say,, I've never paid a "joiner" and never will.
