Wow! That looks like one heck of a good value. They might just rob customers from nearby Sheraton, Westin and Jasmine Suites.
On the down side, all of the above are a bit closer to Asoke BTS & MRT stations. And many of them Cowboy gals will resent having to walk so far in their recently acquired heels, too.

Exactly. Sheraton and Westin rates have gone so high I can't justify the cost, even as convenient their location is.
And the word is that Jasmine Suites now charges a joiner fee, even if you paid for a double room. This is posted on thaihoteldiscounts.com. Seen conflicting reports on how much, either 500 or 1000 BHT.

1. Yes the sofitel place looks good
2. I had a look at the Jasmine Suites 2 days ago, and I puzzled when seeing the ladycharge-surcharge on the fact sheet. Indeed, as the guy who showed me the rooms admitted, they try to charge now, unless you are renting the place on a monthly basis (not the hotel plan how they call it.).

Prices,, prices,, show me the money !!!
tsd, your lovely descriptions of the apartments you visit are of little help unless you quote the price / money / BAHT.
Its a little like me saying hotel abc123 was GREAT, best place ever,,, had gals in the bar, 8 person spa ( jacuzzi) in the lounge room, best service and the room service was EXCELLENT.
And then forgetting to mention it was 25,000BHT per night for the room,, 20,000 each for the gals and 10,000 BHT each for breakfast.

I cannot decide, where to move in tomorrow. There (a little cold with all the dark wood) or Natural Ville (has been coming down to these two).

At sofitel.com reservation page, you can get a pre-paid rate of 3100 per night for the Deluxe Suite. Without breakfast, perhaps your quote included.
This is up from the 2900 rate that was available a couple months ago.
