Can anyone give me an update to this place?
Condition of rooms, Guest fees, etc

Has anyone got any info / review of this apartment?

Had a 2 week stay at President Park.
Was in a large 2 bedroom Dynasty Suite for a reasonable rate of 3960Bt per night.
Apartment was spacious; open plan type with kitchen area to dining/office table and then into living room area.
had a large tv with dvd player and surrond sound system for the living room sofas.
Very clean and kept tidy.
Master bedroom was large with kingsize bed and built-in wardrobes.
Second room had two single beds but I had requested a queen-size bed - this was quickly corrected (two single bases pushed together and queen size mattress on top).
Only down side was that there was no ensuite. Common bath room was at opposite side of appartment to the bed rooms. Also a tendency for water on the floor from the shower.
Overall - a very nice and impressive apartment. I would return again.
Did not realise that this hotel was guest friendly! A very obvious entrance and lobby area. But you can walk straight through reception area to the lifts if you can face the walk of shame. I sure none of you bro's have an issue with that!
Note: this apartment is not on the President Park brochure due to limited number of apartments. I made my booking through an agent of Compass Hospitality which deal with the bookings for the President hotels.
